The ColourSound on TV!!!...Well not really, but the title track off our new EP, "Good for Life," will be featured on the AMC network. AMC will be running a Best of the West Weekend. "Good for Life" will be played for the entire 30 second commercial. This commercial will be previewing some classic Westerns like Silverado,High Noon and Rio Bravo. This will start airing on June 6th and run through June 19th.

We have finally finished recording and are set to go into Mix Down the week of October 11th. Things are going very well and we are excited to work with producer Anthony Krizan who has colaborated with everyone from John Wait to Lenny Kravitz. We hope to release the finsihed product in early Novemeber, 2004.

Just a notation that the band heads back to NYC on Saturday Aug. 14th @ Arlene's Grocery in the Village, 9pm. The band has been very busy in the studio and everything is coming togther in an epic way. Our Release date is slated for Oct. 2004. Stay tuned and shit.

CS hits the stage @ 9pm on Sunday June 27th.

The ColourSound is hitting your area soon with intense Rock n Roll to tingle your senses. The band has been keeping a low profile as they have been preparing over the last year for their debut in NYC on May 8th, 2004.

Past members of Motherwell and PoppyCock Babble have joined togther to create a new sound that will give the grovage back you lost when bands like The Verve dispersed years ago.

The 4 piece combine a variety of influences to ignite the stage with a purely unique presence.

Look for their first EP to drop this Fall as the band hits the studio in Spring, with Producer Anthony Krizan of Sonic Boom Studios.
